| Tiivistelmä: | The fund-raising function of capital market can satisfy enterprises' demand for funds under the market economy. Its effect function can make the governing structure of enterprises as legal persons uninterrupted perfect and stimulate enterprises to raise efficiency in operation continuously. Utilizing capital market for promoting reorganization of enterprises has such advantages as being quick in fund-raising, low cost of transactions and promoting debt rescheduling. Utilizing capital market, government bond market and fund market, enterprises can expand their scale of business operation and conduct the necessary for the reform of economic system. To this end the role of investment bank should be brought into full play to raise the operational efficiency of enterprises' capital. |
