| Tiivistelmä: | The key to reform of enterprises in China is to establish modern enterprise system which is closely related to capital market. At present, the obvious "dislocation" has occurred in the development of capital market and the establishment of modern enterprise system. So the strategically positioning of China's capital market viewed in the light of modern enterprise system is the key to the cultivation, development and maturity of its capital market. Moreover, it is both the necessary condition of standarizing capital market and the improtant premise of rational development of capital market while at the same time it is of importance to the selection and establishment of financial system. |
