| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyzes the current actual situation of China's capital market and then raises the following measures for developing and improving China's capital market: 1. deepening the reform of financial system and developing actively and steadily direct financing market; 2. giving into full play the basic function of market mechanism in capital allocation and establishing gradually multi-level transaction system including over the counter market, exchange and securities trading center or system; 3. adjusting the operational mechanism of capital market and standardizing the behavior of subject and participators of capital market; 4. establishing a unified and centralized capital management system. |
