| Tiivistelmä: | In China, the capital market has had a certain foundation for it has developed for a period of time. So its function in economic life has become increasingly conspicuous. But it is far away from meeting the need of reform of state-owned enterprises towards share-holding ones. Therefore, on one hand, we should strengthen the resource allocation function of capital market to ensure the quality of listed companies and effective transformation of share-holding system. On the other hand, we will try our best to reduce the pressure on stock market in an effort to attract more funds flowing into capital market. While cultivating and developing capital market, we have to pay attention to the standardized operation of capital market. |
