| Tiivistelmä: | The recent reform of financial system had made impossible the model of financing mainly depending on banks' loans, which is taken by medium-and small-sized enterprises. According to the experience of the countries practising market economy, these enterprises should take direct financing as the main mode, supplemented by loans offered by communities or local credit institutions. But the good enterprises with development potential need and possibly face market, issuing some circulative enterprise bonds and stock. They can not grow and expand if they don't use capital market. |
