| Tiivistelmä: | The economic reform has made the credit financing mode the main one in China. As a result, the bad debt of state-owned enterprises leads to a large amount of bad assets of the state-owned commercial banks, and thus developing direct financing brooks no delay. Viewed from the current state of capital market, there exist three problems, that is, control over interest rate, the high liabilities rate of state-owned enterprises, being unfair in access to information and low degree of information release, which makes China's capital market imperfect. To accelerate the development of capital market, the burden is heavy and the road is long. |
