| Tiivistelmä: | After 10-year efforts, the framework of modern capital market has been shaped initially. But China's capital market still has such problems as the vacancy of market subject, irrational market structure, market supervision and management without continuity and unification and imperfect laws, regulations and systems. To improve China's capital market in the present stage, we should deepen the reform of economic system, cultivate the subject of capital market, and establish an effective transaction mechanism of capital market and a unified supervision and management system in an effort to provide guarantee for the normal development of capital market. |
