| Tiivistelmä: | The external environment for the development of investment funds is as follows: 1. Securities market has become the core of China's capital market since 1996. But the performance level of the listed enterprises as a whole has a sliding down momentum. Profit rate and gain from every share also present a downward trend. These factors have restricted the development of investment funds. The investment fund law to promulgate should conform to the standards of system, institution and operation. The development of investment funds also needs the internal environment. The interdependent relationship between investment fund development and financial and banking industry, insurance and securities business should have a "wooden drum effect". At the same time there should be necessary management technique and personnel. |
