| Tiivistelmä: | To develop capital market is both the need of establishing and improving socialist market economy system and the need of perfecting China's financing mechanism. It is also the realistic option of establishing modern enterprise system. But the potential risk factors exist in the course of rapid development of capital market in China. This paper makes in detail analysis of these risk factors and raises such countermeasures as organic combination of expansion of capital market with capital supply, and the establishment of listing mechanism conforming to the law of capital market. |
