| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of economic transformation, with capital market developing continuously, banking industry and securities business should choose the business-separating model for promoting their coordinated operation. But they must create actively conditions for shifting to the internationalized combined business model. Under the separated business system, direct finance and indirect finance need to jointly promote the transformation of savings into investment and keep the smooth operation of macro finance for their coordinated operation. This is expressed as cooperation on the basis of market competition on one hand and the moderate and rational mutual infiltration in business on the other hand. |
