| Tiivistelmä: | China's planned financial model with indirect financing as the main means and low output efficiency hasn't increasingly conformed to the sustained economic growth. So we must further develop direct financing. However the proportion of direct financing in residents' whole investment is small and the structure of residents' and departments' holding financial assets irrational. In view of them, this paper makes the following suggestions: actively cultivating financial market; further developing and strengthening the functions of capital market; deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises; formulating and perfecting the laws and regulations on financing tools, and strengthening law enforcement. |
