| Tiivistelmä: | Capital operation involves two "narrow sense" phase concepts which are interrelated, that is, product operation and modern capital operation. To realize the second operation, enterprises should undergo three basic processes: 1. Virtuous product operation process, 2.capital operation process highlighting expanding capital, scale of capital or financing on domestic capital market based on the first process, 3. the process of practising international business or financing on the world capital market. No matter which kind of "means" is taken in the processes of operation, the aim is same, that is, to make the reorganized assets turned into the state of capital value with profit nature in the course of continuous operation and turn over to promote the stable development of enterprises. |
