| Tiivistelmä: | The majority of insurance funds in China are deposited in banks and the minority are used to buy government debts. Such extremely narrow channel of fund utilization causes the loss of four to five percentage points of interest spread between income on investment and the preset interest rates of insurance goods and forms enormous potential losses. It is harmful for the building up of the strength of insurance companies. It doesn't conform to the requirement of safety, liquidity and effectiveness of funds. Various problems in the current insurance funds force us to pay attention to capital market. To list insurance company's stocks on the market, to buy stocks and participate in the operation of investment funds are ways to be chosen. |
