| Tiivistelmä: | (1)Inadequate understanding of the functions of the property rights system of the capital market, namely the transaction of property rights. The purpose for most enterprises to make their securities listed is to raise funds to meet the most urgent needs. (2)The participating principles on capital market have the following defects: governmental behaviours are excessively strong and the participation into the market is a non-market mode; the formulation of market participating principles is not standard, which is examined and approved by government; the principles for listing are not transparent, which have tendentiousness and discrimination. (3)Supervisory regulations on capital market are not clear and have briquettability, such as the strict limitation on state-owned enterprises and listed firms to purchase and sell stocks. |
