| Tiivistelmä: | Joint stock partnership is not suited to large-sized state-owned enterprises. Instead, natural persons should be introduced by taking the forms of business operation by listing and issuing the public shares. In the course of state-owned enterprises' listing, the function of investment bank and fund should be brought into play. The strategic re-organization should be made under the guidance of the state's industrial policy to promote low-efficient enterprises' concentrating towards high efficient ones through such financial operational modes as expanding shares for raising funds, selling stocks, aquisition and merger, debt re-organization, bank ruptcy and settlement. The macro environment and micro basis for development of capital market should be improved too to effectively push forward the reform of state-owned enterprises. |
