| Tiivistelmä: | On the one hand China still has the basic features of the immature debtor country, on the other hand it has come to show some important characteristics of the mature debtor country and has headed itself for it. In the next 15 years China's strategic readjustment in using the international financing are: At the present stage it should strive to solve the problem of domestic funds shortage, gradually boost the international competitiveness of its products, prevent the foreign -funded enterprises from excessively squeezing the domestic market, introduce managerial skills and mechanism of modern enterprises and keep balance of the short-term macro-economy. |
