| Tiivistelmä: | After studing the development state of China's capital market and its problems, the author has the following opinions and suggestions: As the growth of capital supply is limited, capital market must develop modeately, which must be suited to China's national strength, financial resources and supply of materials. Foreign investment also needs to be introduced moderately in light of the state's industrial policy, which must be compatible with China's ability of debt service and favourable to the increase of export of products. The development of capital market and that of monetary market must be coordinated and balanced and the relationship between indirect and direct financing handled well. Great efforts should be made for low-inflation economic growth and the supply-demand relationship of capital market adjusted by using the lever of exchange rate. |
