| Tiivistelmä: | As a type of capital investment in market economy, the venture capital is more and more mature and has become a new financial instrument, which plays a positive role in the promotion of economic development. In China the development of the venture capital should not be regarded just as an expedient measure, but as an financing enterprise to develop it. Meanwhile, we should also make a detailed study of the regularity of its development, draft development strategies, create favorable conditions for it and perfect the related laws and supervisory and administrative rules and strength the construction of capital market. |
