| Tiivistelmä: | The immature conditions standing before the current practice to turn assets into securities in China find their representation in the following aspects: the under development of capital market, the lack of financial assets suitable to be turned into securities, of the accounting norm and taxing rules for this transaction and the securities-evaluating standard, the serious truth-missing of information published, and the shortage of demand for securities market supported by available assets. Finally, there is little measure to be on guard against the new risks brought about by the practice to turn assets into securities. |
