| Tiivistelmä: | The proportion of direct financing in China is pretty low. The amount of financing is 475.4 billion yuan in 1997. The space for further expansion is massive. The adjustments of policies are as follows: to realize the causes that lead to China's financial risks and plights; to ensure healthy development of stock market; to reform the current management rules on issuing corporation bonds characterized government-orientation and administrative control, and open the door of bonds market; to conduct researches to identify the proper limitation of the scale of treasury bonds' financing; to add more products of treasury bonds with different terms; to strengthen supervision over the listed companies and intermediary institutions of security market. |
