| Tiivistelmä: | Owing to the barriers of structure, market and concept etc. the marketization of the working capital of China's listed companies has been greatly hindered, which in turn affects the readjustment of capital structure and the optimization and allocation of resources. To completely root out the barriers, we can adopt the following strategies: 1.To tighten the quality of listed companies. 2.To introduce market mechanism, reduce administrative intervention and establish multiple integrated regional and national equity market system; 3.Set the legal status of the equity market, enhance management and supervision and prevent dealing risks. 4.The new listed companies should list the common stock in full. |
