| Tiivistelmä: | The paper argues that the formative causes for the liquidity disequilibrium of money are the effects of money circulation of buy and sale of commodities, from exporting labour forces and direct investment. The different money-borrowings among the banks and the funds on the stock market in different regions can also account for this disequilibrium. Then, it proposes that the corresponding policies in relation to the banks' fund for deposit, the interest rate, the establishment of financial institution be adopted. |
