| Tiivistelmä: | How can we work successfully in a state pf productive chaos? This question arises as we face the challenge posed by the current wave of socio-historical change in both East and West Europe. With the disappearance of old enemies, the vision now to be realised is that of a new humanism. This is not by any means a new theory of management. The idea is a very old one, namely to aim at success by fully mobilising the intelligence and skills of all employees. This can be achieved by constantly developing the quality of management, for which the author suggests seven guidelines. |
