| Tiivistelmä: | As part of the larger transition to a post-fossil-fuel era, major transformations of industrial agriculture can be expected to occur. This is not only because industrial agriculture is a major source of the unsustainability of industrial societies , but because it is itself unsustainable. Development of the types of regenerative and sustainable food and fibre systems that are needed will involve: a restructuring and decolonizing of industrial agriculture, the maintenance and enhancement of indigenous and traditional food systems. |
