| Tiivistelmä: | In response to open-ended question on the future of management, the members of Organizational Dynamics' editorial board cited a cluster of concepts that will give new weight and creditability to the idea that "human resources are a company's most valuable asset". Concepts include high-performance work systems, insourcing as a counterpoint to outsourcing, new forms of psychological testing to predict performance, and a packaging and alignment of human resource policies and practices to focus employees' efforts on the needs of the business. |
