| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this study was to outline future development alternatives of policing in Finland. The data consisted of opinions by 23 experts in social sciences and 30 experts in police administration. Two delphi rounds were completed and the answers were analyzed through a spreadsheet-based futures barometer system. Three scenarios were built, the basic assumption in all scenarios being that inequality in finland continues to increase and problems with law, order, and safety keep growing. The final images resulting from each scenario depend on two main factors. |
