| Tiivistelmä: | At the end of 1996/beginning of 1997, a team of Estonian Institute for Futures Studies worked out a number of alternative scenarios for the development of Estonia in the next 10-15 years. Now, in spring 1999 it looks like there is a pointed tendency to embark on the track the futures' experts used to dub "the periphery of Scandinavia" (alternatively "South Finland"). Is this to be the fate of Estonia? |
