| Tiivistelmä: | The project "Future of Work" is based on aviable literature and aims at defining the most important directions and problems, which could mark the development of the world of work over the next twenty years. The objective is therefore not a prognosis of quantitative parameters but the elaboration of "probability scenarios", - showing in a comprehensive form - what we can expect. The scenario depicts the most likely developments on the basis of the preproject work. It features a number of diverse and, in some cases, contradictory tendencies. This article summarizes the results of the project "Future of Work" conducted by W.Bieter, S.Hagemann, R.Levy et al. |
