| Tiivistelmä: | First, the future prospects of the management science, the elements and the determinants of the development, and the suitable organization forms for the development are presented. After that the general requirements of an ideal-type manager is listed. It is stated, that the Japanese manager is a father-type figure, who cannot be successful under the social conditions existing in Europe or in North-America. Via example of large Japanese conglomerates the special ideology and dogmatics are shown, which are needed to the Japanese success. |
