| Tiivistelmä: | An observational study of interruption and Type A behaviour as causes of overload in police radio dispatchers in the U.S.A., based on 72 dispatchers in one work and two additional work shifts. Sequential processing, pre-emption, simultaneity and analysis. The method, procedure and observations. The results: convergent validation of overload and coping measures, interruption and objective load: a description, prediction of appraisal of overload and coping. Order regression, path analysis, repeated measures analyses. Two Tables and a Figure illustrate the study. |
