| Tiivistelmä: | When its employee appraisals grew to an average of 20 pages, Saint Luke's Hospital knew it was time to streamline the process. The steering committee had the vision, the focus group provided feedback, and the implementation group made it happen. This reengineering project at Saint Luke's Hospital was truly a team effort and as a result it now enjoys the fruit of its labour: an employee appraisal process with complete user buy-in. |
