| Tiivistelmä: | Navigating the brave new world in training technology can be complex. To decide which technologies to use, you must first understand what learning needs to happen in the first place. You can leverage corporate brainpower with a little help from technology. Instead of being 'deliverers of training', trainers must begin to think of themselves as 'enablers of learning', as people who boost which classroom instruction is becoming less important. Understanding the new technologies and how they are being used will help trainers and HR professionals lead the technology revolution, rather than being overwhelmed by it. |
