Tiivistelmä:Global HR managers know an assignment has failed when an expatriate returns early. But that is only one clue. Watch for the other signs that the assignment is in trouble: underperformance, low morale and eroding customer relationships. In many ways, these are more damaging than an expatriate's early return.
