| Tiivistelmä: | The product output value and profit obtained through comprehensive utilization of industrial "three wastes" will reach RMB 25 billion and RMB 6 billion by 2000 and RMB 40 billion and 10 billion by 2010. The comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste in the country will come to 50% by 2000 and 65-70% by 2010. The overall reclaim rate of mines and associated mines for multiple- producing mines will reach 50% by 2000 and over 80% by 2010 while the multipurpose use rate of the same for coal mines 50% by 2000 and over 70% by 2010. And, the overall value of waste recovery will go up to RMB 40 billion by 2000 and more than RMB 50 billion by 2010. |
