| Tiivistelmä: | China needs to strengthen raw silk export management institutions and their functions and to rectify export port and sequence. The export price of raw silk should be unchanged or a little bit lower in the near future. Buffer stock of raw material should be set up and future market be developed. It is necessary to open silk export banks so as to do credit operations. Quality control and information management should be improved. |
