| Tiivistelmä: | To weaken the rigidity of import demand, for raw materials, some elements like the planned quotas, economic policies and economic lever in macro readjustment and control mechanism should be adjusted , which will form the propulsive force of readjustment and control of investment tilted to favor the basic industries like energy sources, raw materials and etc. and raise the self-supply rate of raw materials. In addition, such elements as management and supervision, policies, laws and regulations, tariffs, interest rates, and exchange rates and as well as market signals should also be adjusted. Some control elements like materials, funds, technology, information and prices blending with market mechanism are also within the scope of adjustment. |
