| Tiivistelmä: | To levy anti-dumping tax in European and American countries, there are two prerequisites: the export country sell the goods at a price lower than the normal value and dumping does damage to the same industry in the import country. So in export we should be careful to fix appropriate price, to open up new market, to strengthen macro control over foreign trade enterprises, to avoid marketing goods at too low a price, and to have a good understanding of the laws and regulations on anti-dumping of the United States and other European countries. |
