| Tiivistelmä: | The article holds that the foreign businessmen-invested enterprises which belong to the legal entity in the territory of China in terms of nature. Should be given as same treatment as the home-funded enterprises in all rights and obligations. Therefore, the foreign businessmen-invested enterprises should enjoy the same right if making foreign exchange convertible under the settlement of exchange system and current items become true. |
