| Tiivistelmä: | 1. Export of all barter export commodities shall be opened except grain , tungsten ore, crude oil and petroleum products that require approval as stipulated. 2. Commodities of countries of origin from which barter trade and economic technological programs import shall be all opened for free business in principle during the "Eighth Five-Year-Plan" period. 3, Imported commodities via barter shall be products of countries of origin permitted for barter trade. 4. Import commodities opened by the State shall be released by the customs according to the barter contract. |
