| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, the anti-dumping cases with regard to China's export commodities have increased rapidly, involving increasing varieties of goods. Some "fist" goods were sued many times in many countries or in one country. Aside from it, America began to make anti-subsidy survey of China's export commodities, which indicates that America deals with different enterprises sued in the anti-dumping cases in different way and at the same time it will inevitably push forward the process of China's export commodities to be surveyed for the purpose of opposing subsidies. |
