| Tiivistelmä: | The existing problems in the export of labor service are the out-of-date management system which cannot meet the need of the new situation, low quality of the overall workers sent abroad, who have no strong ability to compete, official monopoly in operation and unitary channel of labor export. The countermeasures towards the development of labor export in China are: 1. establishing a special unified management institution and simplifying the levels and formalities of labor export; 2. strengthening the training of the workers sent abroad; 3. widening the channels for export, official and unofficial; 4. optimizing the structure of the workers sent abroad and increasing the sci-tech contents. |
