| Tiivistelmä: | China's export volume of textile, and clothing was USD 2.431 billion in 1978, topped USD 10 billion in 1988 and reached USD 23.335 billion in 1992. In 1994, it reached USD35.548 billion, accounting for 29.4% of the whole country's total export volume and over fulfilled the target set in the Eight Five-Year Plan one year ahead of schedule. In terms of quantity, China's export volume of textiles and clothing ranked first in the world. |
