| Tiivistelmä: | America's modifications of the rules regarding the place of origin of textiles have caused confusion, to a certain extent, to the world textiles trade, which has extremely disadvantaged China's export of textiles. As the problem of China's reentry to GATT has not been solved yet, China's export of textiles fails to get protection of multilateral trade agreement and has lost the chances of free competition in the world textiles trade. Moreover, America, Europe and Japan have taken some protective measures, thus making China's textiles export to there countries decline So to expand the export of textiles, China must raise the added value of export products, make enterprises independent in exporting their products and set up clothing and weaving factories abroad. |
