| Tiivistelmä: | Implementation of Uruguay Round Agreement on Agriculture has drastically changed the world trade system of food. China is to readjust her strategies of export of grain by assigning the leading role to export of rice and corn, focusing on development of markets in Japan and South Korea, optimizing structures of agricultural industries, improving the competitiveness of China's grain on world markets, accelerating of construction of bases for export, establishing necessary services in scientific research, processing, storage and transportation, packing, information and finance, reforming systems of import & export of grain, creating a trade system with both monopoly and competition, decentralizing business right of grain moderately while exercising a tight control over some individual food products. |
