| Tiivistelmä: | Adjusting with great efforts export commodity composition is the important content of realising "two shifts" in the foreign economic and trade field and also a component part of the overall economic structural adjustment in China. Many departments should co-operation with each other to form conglomerates or groups. Besides, the scale of export of complete sets of equipment and high-tech products needs to be enlarged and more efforts should be put on it in order to realise gradually the strategic up grading of export commodity composition. To this end, we should take effective measures, such as formulating overall plan and corresponding laws and regulations, pursue the supporting and encouraging policies practise tilting industrial policy open up the international market. |
