| Tiivistelmä: | For decades, the development of China's foreign trade hasn't broken through the basic pattern of extensive enlargement. Low efficiency under rapid growth has become an obvious characteristics of foreign trade development. Under the international market structure of imperfect competition, the excessively decentralized management of foreign trade firms in China weakens the products' international competitiveness and the ability in export negotiation. The improvement of market structure and the establishing of a properly centralized management system of foreign trade firms, which takes assets as a link, is an approach to improve economic performance of foreign trade firms. |
