| Tiivistelmä: | The Southeast Asia financial crisis has imposed great influence on import and export of China's chemical products. Therefore, the departments concerned should strengthen management in the following aspects such as tariff, quota, raising the extent of processing of export goods and trades management. In order to improve the competitive force of our goods, we should raise the rate of tax reimbursement and lower the tariffs of some products. We should change the current twice-a-year quota addition to dynamic addition. The technology content of raw material goods, intermediate products and semi-products is to be raised. We should also actively organize anti-dumping lawsuits to protect the benefits of enterprises involved. Furthermore, we should intensify the strength of cracking down smuggles. |
