| Tiivistelmä: | Implementing re-employment project deeply is a problem which we can not avoid and must solve in the course of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and adjusting economic structure. At present, the employment pressure presents a higher and higher trend. The re-employment of the unemployed and laid-off workers is extremely difficult. The re-employment service system is imperfect. There are difficulties in raising funds and implementing a policy. So the author raise such policy suggestions as strengthening the leadership of re-employment work, developing employment posts, increasing the funds re-employment and establishing the service centre for re-employment etc. |
