| Tiivistelmä: | On the basis of the basic framework of marginal opportunity cost pricing of water resources, this paper develops a dynamic pricing model with the rational social cost of water supply of newly built (or planned) water supply project as the basis according to the characteristics of water supply project construction and drawing the lessons of many developing countries. This model provides a larger policy-selecting space for formulating the tactics of water resource price reform in the period of transition. In whould help make high efficient use of water resources, adjust water demand and supply and protect water environment, thus being favourable to sustained socio-economic development. |
