| Tiivistelmä: | A systematic approach to prioritize the multiple development goals and objectives in a typical low-income developing country is outlined. Objectives are in conflict with each other. The objectives are identified through an extensive literature review. The information presented in the three structure can be formulated into a hierarchical structure composed of tree levels. The obtained results have confirmed the feasibility of using the analytical hierarchy process technique as the basis for systematic approach to the prioritization of development goals and objectives in low-income developing countries. The degree and order of importance of these objectives are obtained by the relative weights and ranks derived from expert judgements. |
